Innocent is her soul and so is she.

It’s all in you, beautiful is the world if that’s the way you see… Innocent is her soul and so is she.. Sometime in chasing unknown we often bound to neglect what’s right in front of us. In our quest of Manik, somewhere we neglected her; who was equally responsible for creating this word, MANAN. This beautiful journey started with her fireflies only, a belief of true love ingrained somewhere deep inside her soul with her mother last memories. If Nandini Murthy is the character, than Niti Taylor is the actor who made this immaculate character possible.

Niti , an innocent childlike from heart, yet she manage to deliver like pro as matured self-righteous Nandini Murthy. Her dedication and passion for work at such young age, is definitely worth applause. From Gulaal to Kaise yeh Yaariyan, this girl has come long way, with her subsequent natural performances one after other and today she stands way ahead of all her contemporaries. A little extra touch of her real innocence is what made Nandini Murthy from ordinary to extraordinary character.

She didn’t act; she actually lived the character as Nandini Murthy, that’s where she made the difference. A punch from her to Manik was the moment where she first created ripples be it for audience, be it Manik’s heart. The gradual expression change from being vulnerable to holding on that inner strength and ultimately reacting with extreme anger, she killed every emotion of that scene with her amazing performance. From that punch to now, she has lived infinite moments as Nandini Murthy, and still breathing it every moment. Her second punch scene actually out shadowed her own first performance where she conveyed two strong emotions betrayal and deep hurt with equal finesse, and there she set a milestone as an actress.

Her talent definitely is not bound by any limits; she is coming across a very versatile actress every passing day. Her capacity as natural actor shocked everyone, when she made mark her in drunken Nandini scene. Hardly anyone can tell it was all her improvisation as an actor; she was not drunk at all. And this innocent actress didn’t go to any acting school, nor took acting class, rather use google to get that act right. Her innocent acceptance always leaves me with smile, just like her drunk scene. Her childlike innocence and sweetness always come across very nicely and touch my heart somewhere.
One of her most outstanding performances till date was her first love realization scene. From the moment of shock when she realizes that she does love Manik, to the trip down the memories of all the moments they lived together yet oblivion to depth of it, she aced each and every emotion in that scene. Her pain, pleasure, happiness, joy, whatever Nandini could feel in that moment, Niti Taylor expressed it. The way she portrayed that ultimate realization that her fireflies always glowed only for her Manik, from that innocent smile to heartfelt content her every expression left a strong imprint in our heart.

She is who never loses her childlike wonder, she is who is little bundle of talent, she is who love to show gratitude, and work hard. She is who is beautiful from the way she thinks, she is who is beautiful for that sparkle in her eyes, she is who is beautiful beyond temporary looks, she is who is beautiful deep down to her soul, she is according to me.

Only one of its kind and MaNan is the name.

Keep your brain world aside for little while
Work just from your heart for a little Smile.
Because Life happens in those little moments
When for a tiny desire you go an extra mile

Always listen to your heart, because your heart never lies.

Is that was the dialogue for what Kaise yeh Yaariyan fans did? Kaise yeh Yaariyan fans listened to their heart; they went too many extra miles; to fight for a little smile on their faces; which only Manan can bring for them. Their dreamy fairytale of Manik Nandini with its fireflies and stars definitely deserved a beautiful ending, as it was neither happy nor beautiful, they didn’t take it as ending. Finally their diligent efforts are paid off and Manik is back to complete their MaNan story. Their Happiness has no bound, from the time Manik is back news is all around.

What is Happiness? Someone will say it’s just state of mind with positive emotions. While other will reply it’s just a passing moment of a life. But for same query, expect an entirely different reply from any MaNan fan. A few minute sequence of Manik Nandini together is actually state of happiness for them. Happiness is little magical hug of Manik Nandini in today’s episode, for few it brought tears, for other’s it brought smile, but for all it touched some chord of their heart.

A few minute of this dreamy MaNan sequence, has so many beautiful symbolisms embedded in it. Manik Nandini are like two hearts one soul, and when one part of it was about to lose all her battles, other part of soul came to revive her that fighting spirit. And there enters a Manik, who conveyed “Listen to your heart because your Heart never lie”. Somewhere I felt that was meant for this fandom that actually listened to their heart and did everything from their heart, for their heart. And Nandini replied “I missed you so much. You were always there in every moment with me, Why did you go Why did you go?” I felt she echoed sentiments of same fandom that Manik you were there with us for every moment; we never allowed you to go, not even for a moment.

MaNan, your presence was happiness of our heart; your absence was void of our heart in short you are a now part of our heart. As heart wants what it wants, our heart wants MaNan and only MaNan. Happiness lies within, Beautiful is their every frame, only one of its kind and MaNan is the name.

One who never gives up, He is One of those.

It was not that he was alone... Its was not that he had no friend.. It was not that he was not living. It was just that there was so much darkness inside him, just a little star was enough to enlighten his soul and touch it like no one did.”.... Manik Malhotra

Once upon a time there was a Monster Manik, a lost soul who was all alone, engulfed in darkness of his own. He was a broken heart whose anger was a facade to hide his pain. He was an innocent child, for whom love was nothing more than just a word. He was the Monster manik who was waiting for just one star to shine in his world.
The Manik Malhotra, for sure is very beautifully written and well crafted character of television. This flawed character have achieved new heights of glory, with outstanding acting skills of an actor who shined in every frame of story.
If expression is form of language than he be one fine linguist, As acting is form of art than he is one who is ARTIST. When the fine line between actor & character dissolve, that's when an artist evolve. So if Manik Malhotra was the character it was Parth Samthaan, the face living it. A Master of the language he is, that all his expressions flows flawlessly smoothly through his each and every performance. Every little nuisance, every strong emotion that Manik went through, for audience it was true, not because an actor was performing it, but because an artist was living it.
Sometime even lifetime is not enough and sometime just a moment is enough for entire lifetime. The moment that started the story of epic Manan, was when monster was slayed by unconditional care of someone. One of most impactful moment till date for me is after storeroom sequence, where Manik turned around to see Alya, but his eyes were rather fixated on innocent Nandini instead. Parth really nailed this scene with that intense portrayal of Manik where his eyes said it all, this is the moment where something is shifted in in Manik’s heart for forever.
If expression is the language in which he speak, then anger is one expression where he rarely goes weak. A punch from Dhruv to Manik was the moment, where he created first imprint of his strong emotive capability. The anger shown through his eyes within few seconds, due to mistrust from his buddy was so well portrayed by him. The intensity with which he express that extreme rage is enough to send shivers through your spine, a monster come alive in front of your eyes.
Anger is not a single emotion, rather its expression of different set of emotions sometime frustration, sometime pain, and sometime rage. One such track where he showed all shades of anger with ultimate finesse was during Nandini Kidnapping. The anger engulfed in pain and desperation was so well depicted by him. Each and every nuisance of anger was so well captured by his acting, where his expression flowed from his desperation to pain for Nandini, to ultimate rage against Pandit, with ease.
Words are finite, his acting skills are infinite, and so are shades of this impeccable character and the actor. His work is his voice, with which he speaks; Silence is the weapon against criticism he seeks; Hard work is key to success he definitely knows; One who never gives up, He is One of those.
